CAMERON BLAKE® SOCIAL OCCASION 2008 SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Cameron Blake® SOCIAL OCCASION 2008 SWEEPSTAKES (“Social Occasion Sweepstakes”) begins on July 1, 2008 and ends on September 30, 2008 (“Contest Period”). Entrants must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older as of July 1, 2008. Employees of Mon Cheri Bridals, LLC (“Mon Cheri” or “Sponsor”), those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of the Bridal Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with the Social Occasion Sweepstakes (collectively “Contest Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter the Social Occasion Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase is necessary to enter the Social Occasion Sweepstakes. Purchase does not improve chance of winning. There are three (3) ways to enter the Social Occasion Sweepstakes: (1) online, at www.moncheribridals.com and clicking the link to the Cameron Blake collection), by completing and submitting the required information on the entry form; (2) by mail by downloading a copy of the entry form from the website, completing the entry form and mailing the completed entry form to Mon Cheri at the address set forth below; and (3) by mail by legibly hand printing first name, last name, age, address (including zip code, no P.O. Boxes) and home telephone number (including area code) on standard sized postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”) or on a piece of paper (no larger than 5” x 7”) and mailing it, enclosed in a business size (#10) envelope to Mon Cheri at the address set forth below. One entry (“Entry”) per person regardless of the method of entry used.

Mail Entries should be sent to: Mon Cheri Bridals, LLC, Social Occasion Sweepstakes, 1018 Whitehead Road Extension, Trenton, New Jersey 08638. Entries must be received by September 30, 2008. Any Entries received after September 30, 2008 will be deemed ineligible for the Social Occasion Sweepstakes. Proof of delivery of Entries will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry into the Social Occasion Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as mechanically duplicated or mass machine printed), or for Entries that are illegible, late, mutilated, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, postage due, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified.

PRIZE:

First Prize: Winner’s choice of a Cameron Blake dress from the Cameron Blake collection.

Odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of eligible Entries received. Limit one Prize per person/family/household.

DRAWING:

Potential winners will be randomly selected in a drawing held on or about October 1, 2008 from all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if she is found to be ineligible, if she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

RULES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Limit one Prize per person/family/household. Delivery of Prizes to winners will be arranged by Sponsor. Any applicable state, federal and local taxes and other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Sponsor not responsible for delays in delivery of any Prizes. Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs/incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for Prizes, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. The Social Occasion Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Social Occasion Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

A Prize won by a minor (as defined in the jurisdiction of the minor’s residence) will be awarded in the name of, or to, the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Potential Prize winners, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor in the case of a minor, will be required to sign, execute, have notarized and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively “Affidavit/Release”) or such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Except where prohibited by law, Entry and/or a winner’s (or such winner’s parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and the Contest Entities to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with the Social Occasion Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded and the Contest Entities or the Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Social Occasion Sweepstakes will be prosecuted and is not eligible for a Prize. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Social Occasion Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If, for any reason, the Social Occasion Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Social Occasion Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and conduct any or all drawings from all salvageable eligible Entries received, if any. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, cancel, suspend or modify the on line portion of the Social Occasion Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor impair or harm the security or fairness of the Social Occasion Sweepstakes. In the event that the Social Occasion Sweepstakes is cancelled for any such reason, the Sponsor will conduct the drawing from among all eligible entries, including on line entries, received prior to the date of cancellation. Notice of cancellation will be posted on Mon Cheri’s website.

By entering the Social Occasion Sweepstakes, entrants, and such entrant’s parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor, agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the Sponsor and the Contest Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: the Social Occasion Sweepstakes, human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; redemption forms that contain printing, typographical or other errors; for Prize limitations set forth in any supplier’s policy; acceptance/possession, use, and/or misuse of Prize awarded herein, even if caused by the negligence of the Sponsor or one of the Contest Entities.

Each entrant and, in the case of a minor, such minor’s parent or legal guardian, further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Contest Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Social Occasion Sweepstakes; to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Contest Entities, and hereby acknowledge that neither the Sponsor the Contest Entities have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Winners, in the case of a minor, such winner’s parent or legal guardian, release the Sponsor and the Contest Entities from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to Prizes and/or the Social Occasion Sweepstakes (including any property loss, damage, personal, injury or death). In no event will the Sponsor or the Contest Entities be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the Social Occasion Sweepstakes, access to or the use of the Mon Cheri’s website, downloading the entry form or any other information or material on the Mon Cheri’s website. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding the Social Occasion Sweepstakes including the Prizes and anything contained on the Mon Cheri’s website are provided “as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow for certain limitations or exclusions so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.

Neither the Sponsor nor the Contest Entities are responsible for late, lost, illegible, misdirected, stolen, undelivered entries. Neither the Sponsor nor the Contest Entities assume any responsibility or liability for any failure of a person to be able to access the Mon Cheri website, unavailability or interruption of the Mon Cheri website or other technical problems in connection with the Mon Cheri website not in Mon Cheri control. Neither the Sponsor nor the Contest Entities will be responsible for any damage to an entrant’s computer as a result of accessing the Mon Cheri website, entering the Social Occasion Sweepstakes or downloading the entry form.

As a condition of participating in the Social Occasion Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Social Occasion Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the State of New Jersey having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
